General Info

That's what About pages are for. Here is ours. 

We design the imagery you see on everything, using illustration and graphic design software, a graphic drawing tablet, and sometimes AI to modify our own images or shorten the process of pattern replication. 

Our products are then made and shipped to you by our production partners in New York, Montreal, or London (depending on what you buy). 

K-beauty stuff comes directly from Korea, and our artisan perfumes come from US distributors.

Yes, and yes. Obviously this is a case-by-case kind of thing.

Payments

We take almost all of them! See below for a row of icons representing acceptable payment methods here. We suggest setting up and using Shop payments for an easier, integrated experience. 

Returns

We have a detailed return policy right here. Note that we cannot accept returns on underwear (bras, panties, etc.). We've included extensive imperial and metric measurements - please don't ignore them! 

While you have 30 days to return an item, if you receive something that was damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to begin the process of resolving this issue. Please see our full return policy for more detailed information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Shipping

On the safe side, we like to say 7-10 days for any made-to-order product. 

K-Beauty items may take up to 14 days because they are shipped directly from a warehouse in Seoul, South Korea. 

At the moment, we ship to the United States only (we're US-based) but we're slowly expanding our shipping options, beginning with Canada. Unfortunately setting up shipping is a massive, manual undertaking, and we'll make announcements on our blog whenever we've made a major update. 

Many of our items include free shipping. For others, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Carriers provide us with real time costs and we have ZERO control over those costs. 

Make sure you are logged in to your account here before purchasing. Then you'll be able to view your order on your order status page. You'll also receive a confirmation email when your item has shipped that includes your order details and a tracking number. 

As always, please contact us if you haven't received this confirmation email within 3 days of purchase. 

Please contact us with your order number and any additional information so we can try and track it down.
